Changi Airport Kopitiam
上个星期到机场,第一搭客站, Changi Airport Terminal 1,接刚从台北回来的情圣和美美,他们一下机,我们就立刻迫不及待的跑到机场三楼角落的kopitiam吃本地小食。
因为已经是凌晨一点钟,所以没有几位客人。
斋肠粉,淋上甜黑酱及洒上芝麻,简单好吃。
炒萝卜糕,虽然没什么卖相,但是很少油,不像小贩中心卖的,吃完之后盘底全是油。
有我在的地方怎么少得了传统烘面包呢。内夹牛油片及涂上kaya.
哇,这碗马来面 (meerebus),真的太棒了。汤汁又浓又多,而且不会很辣,真是一碗也不够。
水粿,不是很理想因为蒸得不够热,而且上面的菜脯也很干,一点都不爽口。
本地最普通的kopi and teh.
