Mazazu Crepe
第一次尝试到crepe的滋味,是在14年前当我在
巴黎
的时候。记得那时走在
巴黎
的街道上,到处都是一摊一摊的在售卖着各种各样的,现做现卖,香喷喷,热腾腾的crepe。从那时起,我开始爱上了这种“又浪漫,又温柔”的
法式蛋薄饼
。
我甚至可以说,全
新加坡
凡是有卖crepe的地方,我都不放过,这可见我对crepe有多么的死心塌地。那一片片薄薄的,用鸡蛋,牛奶,面粉所煎成的柔柔软软的面粉皮,再夹进简简单单的内馅。。。真令人无法抗拒。
今天我又约了Jocelyn到Liang Court底层这里享受我的crepe 来了。很喜欢来这里吃
法式蛋薄餅
,贪它的种类多样化,咖啡也香浓。
我要了香蕉杏仁的,Jocelyn 吃的是草莓cold cream
.
